30-day voluntary refund, no questions asked.

 

Every product sold by TrendLabs Digital is a digital download delivered immediately after payment. Because digital content is provided in full at the moment of purchase, statutory cooling-off rights for digital content do not apply once delivery has begun, and you will be asked to acknowledge this at checkout where applicable.

 

Independent of that, we offer a voluntary refund on every purchase:

 

You have 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

No reason required. A short email to support@trendlabsdigital.com with your order email address and the word "refund" is sufficient.

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).

 

There is no need to return or delete anything, and we do not ask you to justify the request.

 

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first at the same address — we resolve billing errors quickly, and a refund from us is always faster than a chargeback.
