Communication: anything you send us by email.

 

Store analytics: standard cookies and similar technologies used by Shopify to operate the store and for aggregate statistics.

 

What we use it for

 

Delivering your purchase (download links, receipts). Order-related communication, including refund processing. Legal and accounting obligations. Store improvement (aggregate, not individual profiling).

 

What we never do

 

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing. We do not send marketing email without your explicit consent, and every such email has a one-click unsubscribe.

 

Retention & your rights

 

We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time via support@trendlabsdigital.com.

 

Processors

 

Shopify Inc. (store platform), Shopify Payments / payment gateways (payment processing), and our download-delivery service process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
