2. Products. All products are digital downloads (PDF) delivered immediately after payment, for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share purchased files or download links.

Content touching on health-related topics is lifestyle and training information only — it is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no specific outcome is promised. Products with adult themes are labelled and sold only to customers 18 years or older.

 

4. Digital delivery & consent. Delivery begins immediately after payment. Where applicable law provides a cooling-off period for digital content, you acknowledge that you lose that right once delivery begins, and you will be asked to consent to this at checkout. Independent of that, our voluntary 30-day refund policy applies (see Refund Policy).

 

5. Pricing & payment. Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency and are one-time charges — no subscriptions, no recurring billing.
